Q. How to order you ice sculpture?

 Send us an email or contact us by phone and our sculptor will advise you on your chosen ice sculpture. It is better to place the order at least a month ahead of your event although we still accept order 1 week before the event.
 

Q. I would like to order an ice sculpture but its not in your gallery?

 We always try to please the customer that's why we accept any request for a customised ice sculpture to suit your event. You only need to provide us a photo or any clear image and a good description of the subject and then we will do the rest for you.

Q. I am worried the ice sculpture will melt before my party finish?

 All the ice block we used for the ice sculpture were made from clear filtered water in our shop. It was keep frozen for a week. In a room temperature, the ice sculpture will last until 6 to 8 hours. It's best not to display near to any heat source like radiator, or sunlight.   

Q. How safe it is when on display?

 As a precaution we always recommend a strong and stable table or platform to keep the sculpture from moving. It's part of our service to set up all the ice sculpture upon delivery making it sure that the ice sculptures is safe on display. May we advise prior to delivery that you should be certain of the place to display the ice sculpture, please do not attempt to move the ice sculpture once it was removed from packaging.

Q. What is Vodka luge or ice luge?

 It is an ice sculpture that has small inlet normally found from the top of the ice sculpture , this is were you pour the vodka and then passes through a small passageway then out either to the front of side of the ice sculpture. The famous for the ice luge is the male and female torso, you can imagine where the vodka will come out.
